Delete your account in the app
- Open Graidful.
- Open Settings.
- Select Your account or Account connected.
- Select Delete my account.
- Read the confirmation and choose Delete permanently.
This cannot be undone. If you may want to keep anything, save it before confirming deletion.
What is deleted
The deletion process removes your authentication account, profile, cloud-synchronised moments and reflections, uploaded photos, relationship membership, device registrations, and other account-owned cloud data. Locally cached app data is cleared as part of the sign-out and reset flow.
What your partner keeps
Your partner keeps content they authored. Content you authored is removed, including moments that you previously shared. Deleting your account also ends the active couple connection.
How long deletion takes
The account deletion request is processed when you confirm it in the app. Limited residual data may remain temporarily in security logs or routine backups before expiring according to operational retention schedules.
Can’t access the app?
Email hello@graidful.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify that you own the account before processing a request. Do not send your password or private journal content.
